Cheers to Pop Physique and my booty hanging out over Hollywood Blvd.
Excited to be working with Pop Physique to show off their Bootyful barre-wear line! Perfect for getting my tuck and squeeze on!
Check out the sneak peak for my ep. of #Killerpost on Oxygen network! My good friend Ben Vandermay really kills in it! (Get it?... me?)
The Episode airs March 12th at 9/8c!
Flew out to Knoxville where I got to work with an incredibly talented cast and crew... and I also go to race the Tennessee State swim team. I won (they may or may not have had to let me).
Acura Super Bowl Commercial! Worst view of the city though.
Yay for talented friends that create their own work! Check out the Growing Down webseries on Youtube, you can watch the whole season 1!
Dog's Barking. Latest endeavor with Moving Pictures Theater company.
My film 'Little Drifter', directed by Jacob M. Bittens rocked it at the Take Two International Film Festival! My date was the fabulous designer and sassy friend Joseph Charles. He made me this killer dress for the occasion... Obviously.
I was one lucky lady when I got invited to be designer Joseph Charles date to the Sammy Davis Jr Black Tie Gala. I also go to wear this custom made Joseph Charles Original gown... not a bad gig.
Spent the past week in the charming town of Simsbury, Connecticut, shooting Jacob Bittens latest film 'Go to Hell.' On this shoot I got my first fill of turning into a vampire to shoot the majority of our days overnight. Call was 11 PM where we received 'breakfast' and wrap was 11 AM. I had a blast playing first, the most boring person in Hell who later turns into the Queen of the Damned. Abeline (me) gets to whip around a fancy AK. Which I obviously loved.
I had the pleasure of walking with Broadway Impact in this year's NYC Pride Parade-- and by walk I mean we 'times stepped' our way through Manhattan (that's me on the right in the pink hot pants).
This trick is called 'Around the World.' It could be a little more graceful on my end, but I think you get the picture.
So on recent trips to Arizona I learned to two-step. Now I can't stop. Seriously. But I'm pretty darn good at it...
I was shopping on my favorite clothing site, and was surprised to find a photo of myself! How cool is that? Check it out on the site here>> www.modcloth.com/shop/dresses/on-a-barrel-roll-dress
Had a great time shooting with the wonderful Sascha Reinking. This photo is the personification of my classic movie obsession. I call it: 'Veronica Lake, Femme Fatale.'
So I'm in Arizona. You can find me mountain biking, country swing dancing, jeeping, and hiking (yeah that's me gettin my zen on on top Camelback Mountain in Scottsdale, Arizona).
FUN FACT ABOUT MOI.
I am in love with Vintage Toyota Land Cruisers. No, really. This is a picture taken in my 1967 FJ40 Toyota Land Cruiser (the pops and I have 11 others). She's a beast and her name is Mesa. She's rebuilt from the ground up. She's got a Chevy V8 engine and some nice high heels on (35 wheels). She's got a custom remote controlled sound system, heated seats and AIRCONDITIONING. Yes we've brought this 60s baby into the Twenty-First Century (we kept all of her retro charm of course) and it would not be complete without tunes, tooshy warmers and some nice cooled air. Because let's face it I love her, but I would not drive her in 120 degree Arizona without AC. I love you Mesa, but not that much.
My very talented photographer friend Thomas Shull took this picture. He has a love of FJ60's and of girls in FJs.
For my Dad's Birthday the first cruiser of our fleet was ready for pick up! Naturally we had to do a photoshoot with our friend/photographer Thomas Shull who shares a mutual love of Toyota Land Cruisers.
Driving back to Arizona from Crested Butte, we stopping in one of my favorite places in the whole wide world. It's located in Salida Colorado and is currently home to my dream car, a Toyota Land Cruiser FJ 45.
I'll be back for you pretty lady.
I had an amazing New Years. Seriously, I got to spend it with family in the beautiful Crested Butte, Colorado. I got to wake up every morning to a winter wonderlnd, ski all day long, and then crash everynight to homecooked meals by the fire place. Also, I went outide and found where the men in the family hide their liqour... in the snow. Brilliant.
On the morning of December 11th, we received the news that my Aunt Ellie's battle with 17+ years of breast cancer was over. She was a bad ass and the biggest inspiration in my life. Naturally the Christmas party I had planned for that evening turned into a F*** Cancer Christmas party. Everyone dressed in head to toe pink, even Miss Delilah pulled out her best pink for the occasion!
Love you forever Aunt Ellie
I had the pleasure of staying on location in upstate Cold Spring, NY. What a charming little town! I also had the pleasure of playing with a gun for 3 days while shooting the film 'Little Drifter.' Had a ball with the cast and crew!
Fun story while there: I convinced one of the ADs to hide in a big pile of leaves they'd raked up (hope he didn't get ticks), then had the director stand in front of said pile for a picture... well I'm sure you can imagine what happened next. when I counted down to 'one' my AD friend popped out of the leaf pile and scared the pants off my Director... and then we laughed. Here's proof. I love camera phones.
I literally had the ultimate night of New York Experiences. I got to look like a 90's Punk rocker (is that the term?), run around the streets of New York reaking havok, and be photographed by an amazing photographer so that there's proof. We danced on top of cabs, in the water of busted fire hydrants, on the subway, skateboarded in the middle of intersections and climbed roof tops.
Too bad I don't own one. This the benefit of being a pilot's daughter. You get to feel extremely cool walking out of the Jet...
My family's pup, Jet and I decided to go on a little Jeeping adventure with a few friends. We were the only jeep out there where a girl (ME!) was driving! Apparently that's not normal in the jeeping world. Jet and I find this very strange.
I got to spend the day in the scorching sun hanging out with the Yankees. It was a lovely day. We lost. But I'm told you're not a New Yorker if you don't like the Yankees. So, Go Yankees!
Picture this: Three girls in rain coats zipped up to their noses, battling through knee deep ocean water, floating debris, and hurricane winds and rain to get to a club (ironically called 'The Sloppy Tuna') where stilleto clad women are being let out of black SUVs. These three girls were then hearded to an, unbelievable dry, suit wearing bouncer where one blonde emptied her floral Toms of sea water while the bouncer checked the crazies I.Ds.
For my Birthday I was told "pack a weekend bag, warm weather." What I got was a zip car full of my loves, and Montauk during a hurricane. It was probably the best birthday gift I was ever given.
